Samuel Blanch is the Founder of Mining Management Australia (MMA) and a qualified Quarry Manager with over 15 years' experience across Western Australia, Queensland, and the Northern Territory.
After transitioning from the military into mining in 2010, Sam progressed from a production operator to a superintendent and quarry manager, building a deep hands-on understanding of frontline operations and leadership at scale. His background spans multi-commodity operations, including quarrying, hard rock mining, and Queensland coal operations.
Sam consistently delivers production outcomes against demanding throughput and schedule targets and provides immediate value to sites undergoing transition, expansion, and performance uplift initiatives.
